Elon Musk’s Children with Justine Wilson

Renowned tech-magnate Elon Musk and Canadian writer Justine Wilson got married in the year 2000 and were blessed with a son named Nevada Alexander Musk in 2002. However, the couple faced a tragic loss when Nevada Alexander passed away from SIDS at the tender age of 10 weeks. The couple then decided to use IVF and was blessed with twins, Griffin and Xavier Musk, in April 2004. An interesting fact is that later on in 2022, Vivian, formerly known as Xavier, announced her transgender status. She legally changed her name to Vivian Jenna Wilson, using her mother’s surname and publicly stated her desire to not be associated with her birth father in any capacity. In 2006, the couple welcomed triplets named Kai, Saxon, and Damian into their family via IVF. The marriage between Elon and Justine came to an end with a divorce in 2008.

Elon Musk’s Children with Other Partners

Elon Musk and singer-songwriter Grimes (whose real name is Claire Elise Boucher) became parents to a son called X Æ A-12 in May 2020. This unique name choice sparked considerable interest and debate. However, as the state laws of California don’t allow Greek letters or numerals in names, the couple recast the name as X AE A-XII, using Roman numerals for the ’12’. In December 2021, the couple welcomed their second child, a girl named Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, via a surrogate. Elon and Grimes gave their second child the nickname ‘Y’, reminiscent of the nickname ‘X’ given to their first child. Furthermore, Elon became a father to another set of twins in November 2021, this time with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. The twins were named Strider Zilis Musk and Azure Zilis Musk, with the mother’s surname used as a middle name. In a surprising revelation, it was disclosed that the same week the birth of Strider and Azure was announced, Elon and Grimes also had a third child, a boy named Techno Mechanicus, affectionately referred to as ‘Tau’.
